Didier-Werke AG is an essential part of the worldwide production and sales network of RHI Refractories, the core business of RHI, in which all refractories activities are concentrated world-wide.

Didier's product range comprises a large number of refractory materials with a wide range of types and shapes: shaped and unshaped products for the iron and steel industry, the cement, lime and non-ferrous metals industries and fused-cast products for the glass industry. The product range is rounded off by special ceramic products.

The share of Didier-Werke AG is listed on the Stock Exchange of Frankfurt am Main, with the ISIN Code DE0005537005 and the German Securities ID553700. RHI and its subsidiary Veitsch-Radex currently hold more than 97.5% of the Didier-Werke shares, the rest is held by minority shareholders.
